[DVD] Live - The River - The Footy Show (2006) Options

Here is another video from my collection. A big thanks goes out to LeighF who was generous enough to record this performance from a Channel 9 master tape onto DVD. It's logo free, 16:9 goodness

A bit of history on this performance. In 2006 the Soccer World Cup was being held in Germany and to help promote the Australia vs Brazil group match, the AFL Footy Show broadcast from Germany. Live was a special guest, along with Simple Minds.

To watch this video, you will need to download both of the files below, extract them to your hard drive and then burn the entire "video_ts" folder to a DVD.
If you don't have a DVD burner, then you can watch this video on your PC (after extracting the files) using your regular DVD watching software. i.e. VLC, PowerDVD.

I remember this, was really cool to see 2 of my favorite things in Live and AFL combined, just a shame that it was The River.

yeah, they could at least have chosen Mystery, but it was nice promotion for the band tho.
