Amended official release dates for new album Options

The release date for Live's new album has officially been pushed back yet again in the United States, now scheduled for a June 13th release date. The Sony Records Store has also re-posted the pre-order page for the new album back to their website. This now makes it the 4th time the album has been delayed (prior release dates were originally scheduled for November 15th, March 21st, April 11th, and May 9th). No reason has been given for this latest delay though, or if it is subject to change again. The new album will also be released this week in Holland, Australia, New Zealand, and other International countries; and will be released on May 9th in Canada.

I was joking with my dear friend Rushgirl who lives in Toronto that the new Rush album will be out by the time SFBM is available, and they're still working on it. At least she can get it on May 9 (supposedly).

This is the first time I have downloaded a leak. Since I have gone to the expense of traveling 350 miles to see Live for the first time, I should be allowed to hear the new album beforehand.

WTF is going on? Whatever the reason is for the delay, it's certainly a well-guarded secret.

No offense dude, but I think the entire board will fall into a state of shock and disbelief if you ever post anything WITHOUT mentioning Rush...

On an unrelated note, I really like the strings in "Mystery." I think they add a poetic, mysterious (haha) element to the song, and I'm not sure why people feel like they're out of place.

HaHa! And I'm not Jimmy Lang, either. Some of my posts don't mention Rush, so there.

So far, Mystery is the song that sticks in my head. It's a good one.
