Hey all!

I am thrilled to announce that the official Ed Kowalczyk -FULL BAND- lineup is confirmed! It is as follows:

Ramy Antoun - Drums
Chris Heerlein - Bass
Adam Kowalczyk - Rhythm Guitar/Background Vocals
James Gabbie - Lead Guitar

(PS-if you've become a member of the EKL Fanclub or have otherwise heard/seen the slideshow video for "ZION", then you've already heard my boys rock it cuz this is the band that KICKED ASS on my album last fall in Austin!)

I will post more on each dude soon and will keep you posted as always on tour dates as they come together. GET READY!

Really, why should Ed have to defend himself on the internet? I think most people have made up their minds one way or the other. Nothing he says is going to change the minds of many people. I would say most would just call him a liar anyways. This whole situation has become childish. Between TGF "liking" every FB message that bashes Ed or Ed's lol's...it's getting kinda ridiculous.

I also don't think the Chad's bashing of the last few Live's albums reaffirms anything. It's pretty obvious reading the Live message boards that the consensus is the last few albums disappointed and Ed has "taken over" the band. Well, if you are mad at Ed and know all this stuff (since most blame Ed solely) what exactly would you say? It's all Ed's fault and we had nothing to do with it. Ed ruined our creativity. Blah blah blah. The truth is that in life we all have choices to make. Chad, Chad, and Pat don't seem like the people just to sit there with their mouths closed and say "Ed, please don't leave us...you can do whatever you want...just don't break up Live." Does that really seem logical? And for them to do that for 10 years, something just doesn't seem right with that situation. If that is the case, they have no one to blame but themselves. That was their choice. Maybe the other guys got lazy and Ed was creating the music to keep Live together. Who knows? Now Ed wanted to go solo and the other guys pretty much got angry and got their motivation again. I'm not saying that happened, but what do we really know about the last decade behind the scenes. All we know is what has been said about the breakup, obviously while emotions are still pretty high.

I don't know what happened, I really don't care. I wish Ed, Chad, Chad, Pat, and Adam the best in everything in the future. They have given me some of the greatest memories of my life and for that I am grateful to ALL OF THEM. I will buy all their albums, go see them in concert, and buy probably buy some merchandise from TGF and Ed (well maybe not Ed's pendant). I hope time really heals all wounds and they reconcile. Not to bring back Live, but to bring back their friendship. That is the most important thing!!

I'm looking forward to finally hearing some new music and going to concerts to see the guys from Live with their new projects. Keep rocking
