Please tell me where TGF said they would be sounding like Live???? I think this band's purpose is to rock out, incorporate many classic elements into something new and fresh. I hear that. I am not going to bash those who don't like it.

Those who are under 25 years old, you're from another generation where music is not pure and basic and raw, it's manufactured, overproduced and cheap. I can understand your point of view on why it doesn't resonate. We didn't get Jimmy Page & Robert Plant in the States after the mini 07 reunion..........they were done and gone by the time I was old enough to really hear them & get it on the radio.

Kevin, Chad, Sean, Pat & Chad, bring me some Out on the Tiles, Four Sticks...... and some new generation Robert Johnson / John Lee Hooker rip at your soul riffs !!!!

I cant tell you where they said they would sound like Live nor did I say they did. All Ive said is after listening to the samples I dont hear any Live related sounds that Ive grown up with the past 15 years. I am warming up to the samples. As I said in my post earlier I like some of the guitar parts but its hard getting used to the voice. Never was crazy about Candlebox music alot because of the voice of Kevin Martin. Just saying as of now my opinion is that Im still not digging the voice yet. Just my opinion. btw....Im not in the under 25 generation. People on hear get too emotional when someone voices thier opionion. Deal with it. You can agree or disagree, thats what makes this board fun along with the fact we all have one thing in common and thats we are or were at one time big Live fans. I still am even if they are not recording. No need to call people crazy and make smart ass comments. People just need to learn how to voice thier opinion without bashing others. Just my 2 cents again!

We're human & emotional. .....We can agree to disagree. My comments aren't really smart assed. Music industry has ruined many good things. When the artists start taking the bull by the horns and do it their way.......this is when we see genius I can respect that you're not warmed up to this idea of TGF. I care not to hear Live sound in this band.........when Live returns, we'll hear it.
