I saw on the Grammys the other night that Green Day's American Idiot is becoming a Broadway show which I can definitely see how and why.

Of all of the Live albums, which do you think could have been turned into a good rock musical based on lyrics and the score style itself?

I'd have to say Birds of Pray. Almost has a Rent sound to some of it.

V. It shows a man coming to realize his worthless life of clubbing and fame as he begins his search for something more. He has to "find a way to flow" and is not "OK" with his shallow life that isn't "deep enough." By the end, he is "overcome" and realizes he doesn't "need any money to ride" thumbsup.gif
