Title says it all really...

We have now heard music from the two bands and we all know what the last album sounded like. Would you say that the two groups can do more separately than together or is the split just a huge waste of time for both groups because Live is really all they had?

I am in for yes because it all deteriorated since 2001. Yes their mainstay was playing in concert. The artistical direction was not what I hoped for and I got angrier over time with the new music. The split is more therapudic to me. Ed changed the ballgame back then and I noticed it and I have been boiling over since. Hence my comedic attacks on Ed. I'll listen to both bands, but most certainly more heavily weighted towards TGF.
