The Gracious Few is an American rock band comprising guitarist Chad Taylor, bassist Patrick Dahlheimer and drummer Chad Gracey from the band Live, along with vocalist Kevin Martin and rhythm guitarist Sean Hennesy from the band Candlebox.

The band began writing songs and rehearsing in California in September 2009. Their debut album is schedlued for release in Spring 2010 and will be produced by Jerry Harrison of Talking Heads.[1]

On 30th November 2009 Chad Taylor, Chad Gracey and Pat Dahlheimer issued a statement announcing that Ed Kowalczyk was no longer the lead singer of Live, in which they indicated that The Gracious Few was now their main focus
