I'm working on this one now (I love puzzles )....I think everyone has made the association of numbers to letters, so I'm going to at least save people the need to convert. If I'm right, then these numbers represent the string:

TSIILTASTSWPWH

Whether these are the first letters of a lyric or whether they have to be shifted alphabetically in some way is still unclear. Hell, I could be WAY off.....but this seems like a fun puzzle.
