Oh come on, do not try to limit the views of the people whom you do not know to only 1 band. With me listening to Live (only) 10 years in a country when noone really knows them (except for my girlfriend wahaha), I still am aware that there are bands out there who in a different way but still do move me and move me much.

Anyway, as of the popularity etc. Can any one of you imagine that even if they had a second TC or the new Nevermind or TEN released around 2009 they would never ever gain as much popularity as back in mid90s? The youth for now is hardly enjoying the opure rock music (well, I mean to certain extent. Some of them do, for sure), but as easy as that, time has passed. If the band was making a great smashing grunge record in the 90s, it could become world-known. But if we take the same Pearl Jam, are they becoming more and more successfull with each record released? Hardly. They succeed in staying within their audience, not really breaking through and receiving world-wide attention and popularity. However their audience is quite huge anyway.

When I got into Live I clearly understood one thing. They would never be that huge again.

And you know what?

I do not really need it.
