Throwing Copper to be re-released! Options

Multiple sources have just reported back to me from Reno that Live will be doing a 15th anniversary re-release of Throwing Copper. This falls in line with what Ed told audience members in Philly earlier this year about Hold Me Up being released to the public.

I'm hoping its all true.

Have been thinking much of this btw.

I am all for it. A re-release, with remastered versions of the songs possibly and with the bonuses a.k.a. at least Susquehanna and Lift Me Up re-recorded, plus possibly WDID also in there, and maybe with a bonus DVD, just like Pearl Jam did with Ten - MTV unplugged commercially released finally. That would be of much profit I bet. And possibly another bonus CD with some early rare soundboard show.

This actually goes pretty well together with Ed's idea of recording both his and Live shows and releasing them either online or as CDs, pretty much reminds of what Pearl Jam also started doing several years ago.

Maybe Live are (unfortunately) not that popular as the upper-mentioned, but it definitely will profit for the band and I bet get fans more and more involved with what is going on.

and maybe there's another reason why the likes of Iris, Waitress, Shit Towne, DAOC and WD weren't on the Paradiso DVD. Perhaps they're saving those Paradiso performances as a nice addition to the TC re-release?! -sigh- i wish.
