Don't know if it has been posted anywhere else, but Ed wrote this at his recent started Twitter page today:

"Response to questions.. new eddie k shows announcing this week..recording new music as we speak including "take me on up to Zion"..

Live hit the studio today? Or is Ed recording his own cd? Who knows for sure Take Me Up To Zion is supposed to be a new LIVE song?! Did anyone recorded the intro speaking / interlude to the live performance of that song. What did Ed said exactly about the song.

yeah, but as Shadow mentioned, we can also read into this as they aren't recording together last days. How will they perform the new Live song 'Believe' if they haven't been together? Well, maybe some rehearsal will follow in coming days....
