101.9 RXP in NYC is really treating the band well. Not only have they promoted 3 sell out shows for Ed, but they are also playing Forever on a daily basis. Now they are helping with Paradiso sales. It looks like Vanguard struck a pretty cool deal with the station:

WRXP and LIVE want to do something special for The Experience listeners. The band's new live album Live at the Paradiso - Amsterdam is out now. If you order the cd HERE and enter WRXP as your Discount Code you will get an autographed booklet signed by the entire band and a discount in the price of the cd. Another way for us to say thanks for tuning in to 101.9 RXP FM! (please note: you'll get 2 packages--one with the actual cd and a separate package with the autographed booklet)

no, your right I was being a little bit sweeping in my assesment there.

For those interested in a wide selection (mainstream and not) of music JB HI-FI and HMV are both very good and do have most things in my experience.

I just assumed that most people who buy mainstream music would look for it in mainstream outlets - it was not that long ago that you'd expect LIVE to be there (on shelves in most music stores) in Australia anyway...well maybe a decade ago.
