Can we have bigger PM storage capacity, please? And also, the ability to upload avatars directly from our computers instead of having to post a link to them somewhere else on the internet?

This rep system is in use on another forum I frequent and they use thsoe default settings which work perfectly fine. They allow everybody's points to grow steadily instead of balloon straight away. I also don't believe people should see comments as they might be personal, and people shouldn't be able to "dissaprove" as that can (and was, on that other forum) be easily abused.

My prediction came true, Ithankyew. And in terms of moving the shoutbox, it should really just be a case of cutting the relavent coding and pasting it into a footer section.
