Mix 94.1's Christmas Party Concert will carry on the holiday cheer as O.A..R., Ed Kowalczyk, lead singer of Live, and Safety Suit perform inside the Sportsbook Bar & Grill at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino. Each set will be acoustic, bringing an exciting sound and energy to the 24,000 square foot restaurant and bar space.

O.A.R. (short for Of A Revolution), is an American rock band, hailed as one of the best bands on the planet to see live. They stand for authentic rock music that reflects the collective triumphs and tragedies experienced in the world. Hit songs include, 'Heard the World,' 'Shattered' (Turn the Car Around), and 'Love and Memories.'

Ed Kowalczyk has reached astounding levels of success due to his amazing vocals as lead singer of LIVE. LIVE's rendition of Johnny Cash's 'Walk the Line' was performed on the fifth season of hit TV show American Idol as contestant Chris Daughtry acknowledged LIVE as being one of his favorite bands. I think I will have to make a weekend out of it. Can't pass up Ed & OAR acoustic in my favorite city with booze and gambling. Saw OAR down in Pompano and thought they were brilliant. Their new album All Sides has been on heavy rotation with the Live Amsterdam disc in the car for the past few weeks!

Thanks Dan, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I am going to be in Vegas that weekend, but I have 5th row tickets to see NIN that same night, I wonder if I can catch Ed's set at the Palazzo and make it over to Planet Hollywood in time for NIN's set?
