As most of you know, Guns and Roses has a new album out, Chinese Democracy, and it has been in the works for over a decade. It is going to be bigger than Metallica's album by far. It has been leaked at least 3 times to the internet in various unfinished forms but it is finally here. Guns and Roses has gotten really brave and chosen to put the ENTIRE ALBUM on Myspace for streaming. This is a little insane to me as one could just download the tracks from there but when they are this popular they can do whatever they want I suppose. Check it out:

I suggest:
There was a time
Street of dreams
IRS
Chinese Democracy

In that order. I ordered it last week on Vinyl b/c it came with a free online download. a good number of people are ticked b/c slash isn't in the band anymore but if they could get off their fanboy fenceposts and listen to this stuff they could learn to love it.

Thoughts? rockin.gif

G&R helped me through a very bad time. In 1992 i had cancer, with all the nasty things that comes with it and Use you illusion helped me to "survive"that time.
In, i believe, 1999 i had tickets for a concert in Arnhem but in that time they split up and the concert was postponed and i could return the ticket for money.
So finaly never go to a concert G&R.
Gotta get used to these new songs, i`m not running to the shop yet.

That blows that you had cancer... hurrah for kicking it's ass though! banana.gif

It took me a little bit to adjust to the new stuff but it's worth it. For me it's impossible to listen to "There was a time" while on the road without singing loudly and poorly and remember some chick "I would do anything for" but it didn't work out. bomb.gif
