Can we have bigger PM storage capacity, please? And also, the ability to upload avatars directly from our computers instead of having to post a link to them somewhere else on the internet?

Great, Dan, thanks! Have not much time to read everything, but hey. The system can be as follows:

It shall start with 0 for everyone.

Every user shall change the reputation to not more than 3 users during 24 hours.
One user can change the reputation of another user once a week (the same user)
The points shall not depend on anything. Only 1 point per + or -

Unfortunately, when I installed the mod it gave everybody 10 points by default.

How many reputation clicks can a user give over each 24 hour period?
Value: 20

One user can change the reputation of another user once a week (the same user)

Can't be done. The only setting that relates to this is:
Reputation User Spread
How many different users must you give reputation to before you can hit the same person again?
Value: 10

Oh and everyone shall see the comments of course.
