That's before Mental Jewerly album.

Divided Mind, Divided planet has no sources except the Wikipedia page so no one knows what is on it or if it exists.

Four Songs is for sale on Amazon for 1 penny, That's where I got mine.

Wow, this again? I asked about this way back in March. It does exist and the versions are different than the versions on Mental Jewelry. These were demo recordings they made before the Mental Jewelry recordings happened.

Badman - There are more sources than just Wikipedia. Here's one:

From further research I did it seems that you had to send a tape in to Live with $2 to cover shipping and handling and they made a copy and sent you back a random tape with the recording on it. I contacted friendsoflive.com about this and asked if I could send in a CD back in March and they've never replied.
