-The band is heading into the studio shortly to record a new song for the DVD.

-The DVD release date in the US is currently set for October 31st, which I find odd. However it does coincide with the release date for Zack and Miri.

wow, they're re-recording Lift me Up to release it as a single?! That's pretty cool!


just kiddin' but how do you know about this? Recording one new song in the studio could be interesting. They can use all their ideas now in one song, so I hope they make it a good one! (and maybe a single?). They've never entered the studio for recording one new song before, as far as I remember, except for I walk the Line.

New album being planned for Fall 2009 is good for me, but it doesn't say anything if they just 'planned that', cuz they stated earlier that new work would be recorded at the end of 2007. It didn't happen... So, maybe they will head into the studio very soon, maybe it's somewhere in 2010. We'll see!
