I don't know everything about Night of the Proms but from what I understand Live will be performing multiple times with a symphonic orchestra.

That being the case, I think that this would be a "have to own bootleg" (or bootlegs) and I hope that someone with good recording equipment is all over this.

I'd be shocked if the band didn't professionally record this stuff themselves.

The following two items are from (or linked) at the Night of the Proms website:

They Stood Up For Love (Acoustic)

American rock band LIVE in Antwerp 2008-03-11 09:33:00

Live is the fourth name on this year’s Night of the Proms programme in Antwerp. The American alternative rock band joins Simple Minds, Sinéad O’Connor and the comic musicians Igudesman & Joo at the concerts in the Sportpaleis. With wednesday 29 October added, 9 shows are now programmed in Antwerp.

Lead singer/frontman/guitarist Ed Kowalczyk, leadguitarist Chad Taylor, bassist Patrick Dahlheimer and drummer Chad Gracey released ‘Mental Jewelry’, their first album under the name Live, in 1991. It was the start of a success story lasting up till today and resulting in 8 albums (total CD sales exceeding 20 million), a huge international fan base and extensive touring all over the world. The breakthrough came in 1994 with the album ‘Throwing Copper’ and the hit singles ‘I Alone’, ‘Selling The Drama’, ‘All Over You’ and ‘Lightning Crashes’. Later smash hits were ‘The Dolphin’s Cry’, ‘Run To The Water’, ‘They Stood Up For Love’, ‘Overcome’, ‘Heaven’ and ‘The River’.

“My approach as a songwriter is to write songs that are not finite and will resonate with listeners for a really long time”, Kowalczyk asserts. “One of the reasons why we have had so many fans for so long is that our fans are also continuing to find nuances in our songs.” New nuances will certainly also be discovered when Live is performing to the accompaniment of the symphonic orchestra Il Novecento at Night of the Proms.

In previous years, the concert has been broadcast on television. Just search YouTube for "Night at the Proms" and you'll find numerous videos.

That's great but we've got to get something from this in excellent quality because Live + A symphonic orchestra is probably going to be spectacular!
