Thought maybe we could post some cool live finds out you tube if anyone comes across any.

To start it off, I haven't seen/heard this version of I Alone before, as the title suggests it does have a more indian/middle eastern flavour to it, and the medley song in the middle, not sure what that is, I think it's that Counting Crows song though?

I can't answer your question about the medley song, but I can tell you that the song was a trip heard live...
This was the first Live show I'd been to and looking back it's still my favorite concert experience (still ranking a bit higher than the Grünspan gig)... When they played this powerful version of I Alone starting with some kind of prayer, a thunderstorm was just over and a cool breeze was roaming the stadium after a really hot and sticky day. The Eastern flavour, as you call it, was just fitting the mood perfectly.
This concert can be downloaded on bootlegheaven btw. smile.gif

That's a Dr. Dre beat - I'm not sure about the words though.

The Dr. Dre riff that was mentioned earlier is actually a sample from George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic's "The Mothership Connection."
