Taken from FOL:

Check out Ed's phone interview with Jonathan Clarke on the "Out Of The Box" show on the Q104.3 web site.

Ed mentions that the CD portion of the DVD will have new material. He also said he's excited to show the fans what direction the band is heading with the new stuff. Very promising stuff!

so that indicates it must be something quite different than SFBM, cuz why else would he mention this? But let's don't forget Chad T. said (after finishing the SFBM record) `A new direction for me and my band...´, Ed called it 'the closetest thing to MJ ever' and Adam said ‘"you're gonna shit when you hear Live’s new material!'. Lookin' back I think: what the hell were they talking about? lol.gif . But still I have hope it will be some decent songs that they're gonna release with the dvd.

Now it's quite sure there WILL be new songs, we can discuss when they were recorded. I assume these will be real fresh new songs (not old outtakes), so I really wonder when they had the time to record something. Jimmy told us (when we were wondering about the 2 new RS songs being real new?, sept. 2007), that they hadn't recorded anything since SFBM. So when between now and sept. 2007? Or are they planning to record something coming months? (while there are touring a lot).
