Why can't Live work something up like this?

snd should i try to compose myself and actually read the thread .. musicians age has nothing to do with their creativity, or at least it shouldn't .... two bands i compare quite heavily are Live and Ween .. they're both from PA, both bands are about the same age and yet Ween manage to keep uping the ante every single albumb with interesting beats, they tour the world sdoing 3hr + shows a night with COMPLETELY different setlists each night, both bands are full of fathers now, yet somehow Ween stays one step ahead of live .. they never had that massive platform of succsess that Live had in the mid 90s the cling to and weirdly I see Ween as being the more relevant band now commercially, you cant blame live for neglecting the band due to extracuricular work, Ween's members run their own fishing show, run their own websites, play in numerous other bands (Moistboyz, Queens of the stone age etc..) etc..

Lets face it, live have just gotten lazy. There is no reason they cant be putting in the effort that other bands in their age and situation have done, it's got nothing to do with age, only attitude.

By that reasoning, we would have never had great music from many aging musicians. I can start naming the artists and bands here if you'd like. I think the list would be long enough to fill about 50 pages in this thread.
