Are You Superstitious? Options

Sharon Stone's ignorant ass remark about karma and China got me thinking about karma, and then about other beliefs and superstitions.

I believe in karma, but I wouldn't apply it the way Stone did.

As a kid I was kinda neurotic and phobic, I had lots of superstitions and rituals associated with them designed to protect me.

Nowadays, its mostly hooey to me - I don't have the insecurity issues compelling me to that kind of imagination and powerlessness. But, with the exception of being an asshole such as Stone, I generally don't judge others for what they believe in, I respect people for having beliefs.

What's your reality in terms of this superstitious type stuff - do share it might be interesting.

I will however admit that my day is better when started with a big bowl of lucky charms

Apropos of mention tonite, there is a lot of superstition among hockey fans (sports fans altogether, no doubt). Its well known that many players adhere to certain ones too, particularly during playoffs. Some people are damn serious about it - different things they believe will jinx or bless the outcome. The Wings are mighty blessed
