The Dam at Otter Creek live, when? Options

Hello people, I'm a n00b, but I did my little research before I decided to post here because I don't want to make you lose your time.

A friend introduced me to Live and I liked what I've heard so far! I found a few torrents that made me happy... However, as I read the setlists on this site, I realized that The Dam At Otter Creek doesn't seem to be played often! God, I love that song and am looking for more versions. I come as a massive Radiohead fan and we have 2 amazing sites that portray each song and list their live performances, so it's easier to spot the bootlegs we should look for. So, I wonder if the same exists for Live... If no, is there a place with the boots links, like a hub or something? Thanks for any info and have a nice day.

Thanks for your links! In fact, even if I haven't heard everything of Live yet, I fortunately know more than that song. It's just that I saw that many songs are on almost all setlists but TDAOC is rarely there, even if I think it's the best from TC. Well, it's all a matter of opinions, in the end! I'm curious to know if there's a reason you have heard of why they rarely play it.

To me if there's a reason, it's b/c it sounds better on the album than it does Live. It's not a bad thing... A couple songs that sound awesome on CD but odd in concert

For Lightning Crashes... they must be so tired to play that song. I mean, it's beautiful, but I hope they could change it enough to maintain their own interest, not only to please the fans.

I can draw my little off topic comparison with Radiohead, who feel like they must play Paranoid Android every time, even if they would skip it sometimes! In the 90s, it was Creep.

Same goes with the songs that sound better on CD (Let Down, The Trickster), but are fans favourites anyway. What you say about TDAOC makes sense... sad, but makes sense.

I discovered Radiohead A couple months ago when I heard Creep on Rock band and thought it sounded awesome. I asked everyone I knew what album I should get if I wanted to learn to like Radiohead and they pointed me to OK computer... that album had like 2 good songs on it and I hated it. The vocals sounded awful, too quiet and drown out by the band. I had to get the lyrics to understand them. Karma Police was the only song I remember.

If you know a better album than that, point me to it bc I will give them a second chance.

NO, OK Computer had 2 songs that YOU LIKED. The entire album was excellent, amongst the best recorded over the past 20 years. Song by song the album is just fantastic, you're just not mature enough to appreciate it. Don't bother listening to them because its an insult to the band.

How To Disappear Completely is probably the single best song I have ever heard. There may be a few Zep songs that rank up there with it but that's about it. Kid A, OK Computer, Amnesiac and The Bends are all masterpieces. They make Live look like Hansen or whatever the fuck those little faggot guys are called.

I prefer The Bends unlike most Radiohead fans. Actually, I wouldn't even call myself a fan because I don't listen to them that much really. More of an admirer. Their creativity and musical talent is unparalelled by anybody in the music industry over the past 25 years. Nine Inch Nails would have to be the closest followed by Tool(Thanks McPheezy).

Songs like High and Dry and Fake Plastic Trees are just gorgeous. The latter being one of the most emotion provoking songs I've ever come across, utterly beautiful. I love The Bends as an opener too with it's catch guitar and changes of pace. Bulletproof is a nice song but my favorite song off this cd and probably amonst the best of Radiohead is Black Star. I can listen to that song over and over and over and fucking over again. "Balme it on the black star, blame it on the fallin' sky, blame it on the satellite...." followed by the rhythmic guitars...is just utterly awesome and breathtaking. The whole album is pure and utter genius.

I am a much MUCH bigger fan of LIVE. But unlike most off the gay ass idiot fanboy's around here, I can easily admit that Radiohead is so much better than Live, it's not even comparable. Anybody who can't see that in my view is a retard, sorry.
