The thread about New City got me all geared up to find more outtakes. Change is very high on my list of tracks I want, and all we have is the crappy concert recording of it. However, the recording that's out there is from the 1998 Tibetan Freedom Concert in Washington, D.C. Surely that concert was professionally recorded, as YouTube has vids of other acts from that day that were professionally recorded for TV. I can't find shit for Live's set, though. Does anyone have any ideas where to find this tape, or where to find another recording of this song?
