You guys suck. Regardless of his status as a celebrity or not, he's a human being and generally when another person dies it's sad. Of course people are going to have more of a shock or care more about when someone like Heath Ledger dies because through him entertaining us on screen he's more a part of our lives than mike down the road who's a plumber ... yeah when you sink is fucked you're going to want Mike around more than Heath Ledger but that shouldn't make a difference.
If it were Ed or one of the band here that died (god forbid) you'd be bawling your eyes out or at least feeling really fucking shitty, so if people are allowed to be upset by that then they can be about this. You're allowed to love someone as an actor when they're alive, but when they die and you say they were great then you're worshipping.
Calling someone dying pointless garbage is just being an ass .. and this certainly isn't an "exciting" thing to happen, it's a shit thing to happen ... and it's a shock, it's not like .. Christopher Lee who is 429 years old died, it's a 28yr old dude.

But to the above post, yeah I agree with that to a certain extent, Owen Wilson for example doing the whole suicide shit pissed me off .. but sometimes you gotta remember that with fame other problems arise. There would be a lot of pressure ... money doesn't buy happiness (it just can make life a fuck ton easier). The main difference between Ledger and Spears though is that Ledger was actually talented. But seriously why the fuck would you even say "can britney please be the next to go?", fuck you, she's done nothing to you for you to wish death upon her ... she's more sucsessful than you and you don't think she deserves it? Too bad, live with it, pretty much everyone thinks that ... the only time it's acceptable to wish death upon a celebrity is if it's Bono.
