I did a quick search and didn't find anything, but I am sure someone has done this before. How about putting together a list of historic Live landmarks?

Chameleon Club
CBGB's (RIP)
Otter Creek - Inspirtation for 'Dam at Otter Creek'
This diner?
Granfalloons a restaurant where Chad and Ed used to work
Edgar Fahs Smith Middle School where the guys all met
William Penn High School
Murphs Other Bar - There are some signed Live pics on the wall including one of Pat's wedding. Plus Pat and sometimes Taylor still hang there sometimes. Adam also has been known to play a solo show there on occasion.
Caterpillar - York factory - part of the inspiration of 'Pillar of Davidson'
Harley Davidson - York factory - part of the inspiration of 'Pillar of Davidson'
9:30 Club Washington DC, last show as public afftection...sign deal...and played many many many more shows there
Max's on Broadway, Fells Point Baltimore - First show as "Live"
York Fairgrounds - Many early shows played here
Lancaster Trust Building - served as a rehearsal space for the band from 95'-98'.
Historic Blue Star Hotel - filmed sections of the Turn My Head (Hometown version).

Thanks to: Heather, Gertjan, tswart1, +Ed+ and WaiterAtCliftons

Thanks for your help,
Brian

The song "The Dam at Otter Creek" from Throwing Copper was inspired by events when the "boys" hung out at Otter Creek just outside of York. The back cover art from Throwing Copper is a picture of the guys at the campground.
