Swam in the ocean while drunk. Yes, I'm a dumbass.

But the best was a few years ago in Costa Rica. There was a beach where there were 15-foot waves, but the scary part was that the area to swim in was only about 15 feet wide itself, with sharp, craggy, giant rocks on the sides. There was also a fair amount of sharp rock on the ground underneath the water, and to top it all off, a pretty heavy riptide was occuring at the time. So of course, ignoring advice from my parents and the locals there, I went into the water when no-one was looking. It was insane, and it's safe to say I could've died many times while in there (I nearly got dragged into the rocks several times), but I got out when a wave toppled on me, knocking me down and giving me cuts on my back from hitting the ground. It was still really fun.
