I have done some daft things in my time, surfed in shark infested waters off the Cape Coast, been taken around a race track in a race prepared car which meant no seat or seat belts, the driver just told me to brace my self, hold on to the roll cage and hold on extra tight when he braked.

But the best of all has to be Bungie Jumping. There is something about throwing yourself off a bridge with nothing but a big piece of elastic tied to your ankles. I have done it a few times but the best was off a bridge on the east coast of South Africa, it is a 216m (708ft) drop to the bottom. You have no idea how much goes thru your mind as you are falling!!
