J. Sax, I saw Dishwalla open for Lifehouse in 2002 and to my recollection, they weren't bad at all. I've seen a lot of concerts since then, but I thought they were enjoyable enough and played their hit song very well. You usually can't get the feel for a live performance by watching it on a computer or television, however since Dishwalla is about done that they may be the best you get.

Yay! I love Heartbreaker but my favorite of his is the double Cold Roses disc. Some of the best music I've ever heard. In my opinion of course. I also really like Gold and Rock N Roll. Rock N Roll is really different for him. Demolition is really good too. Love Is Hell is a bit of a downer but there are still some great tunes on there! Ok who am I kidding I love them all except for "29", that one is just a little too far out there.

I've been listening to a lot of Ryan over the last few days. Heartbreaker was good, but everything else so far has blown it out of the water. So far I've finished listening to Heartbreaker, Gold, Demolition, Rock 'N Roll and part of Love Is Hell.

I skipped the other half of Love Is Hell and 29 for now to check out Cold Roses, since you mentioned it...that's playing right now.

I don't know...they sound really good live, but they just stand there. At least they do in every video I've seen. It's pretty boring just seeing them all stand in one place. Their DVD is on my list of things I need to eventually buy, so I'll check that out at some point.

But yeah, their music is some of the best I've heard, in my opinion. I can't get enough of it. It's just that I've seen the Gin Blossoms and Toad the Wet Sprocket in concert and their shows were so much fun...I can't see a Dishwalla show topping either of theirs from what I've seen online. I hope the band does get back together before long, though...I'd still love to see them live, myself.
