I seriously think the Live forum needs to be locked for one or two weeks...it's just too fucking much over there at this point. Aaaaaaaggggggggggghhhhh all the dumbfucks. Nothing with any fucking importance has been posted there in at least the last two weeks. Dan, I think you should make everyone give it a break and then unlock it when all the dung storms have subsided. Either that or it looks like it will slip into an inevitable downfall of unusability and bullshit.

Meh. Although I agree with you about the degeneration of the Live Central Forum, closing it down isn't going to solve anything. I say if you don't like it, don't go there. Better yet, post something interesting there so that quality discussion can start to happen again.

I've chosen to simply avoid it, lately.

I think I will avoid it, too.

The problem is that if I post a thread that is interesting, it will get pushed down to page 2 immediately. It's bullshit. There needs to be some moderation over there. Closing it down would give everyone a chance to cool off and start anew in a week's time. That or Hoodstock needs to be able to only post one thread a week. I believe he created three threads today alone. He also bumps long-gone threads like there's no tomorrow and he fucks the front page up.

All I'm saying is that moderation is needed, somehow, some way. Maybe not closing it down, but allowing for there to be some sense of order once again. It has been shown that the loonies can not run the bin.

Strongly agreed. I like the fact that Dan agrees with the idea of limiting Poll topics and that he is going to start restricting those. Hopefully that will be the start of an improvement over there...
