i know some will be interested and some won't, but i heard american idol alum chris daughtry's new album, and his well-documented mention of being influenced by live is definitely backed by some of the songs he's put out.

if you go to http://daughtryofficial.com you'll find a link from vh1 streaming the album, and i think fans of live will enjoy tracks 8 and 11 in particular.

really good stuff!

Album is cool. A few songs I'm not crazy about...

i guess it isn't while they were writing a song, but by the recording of the duet version of Mystery, isn't?
