Sony shipped my booklet and poster! Options

I just received an e-mail from Sony (and double checked the UPS tracking number) that my Autographed Booklet and Poster shipped today! I should have them on Tuesday.

Did anyone else get an e-mail from Sony today?

I cannot believe more people have not responded to this horrible scam Sony and Live has committed against their consumers.

Would anyone be willing to bring a class action lawsuit against the label or the band?

My only thing about it is how can you prove (unless you have video of the band signing the booklets) that they didn't sign them?

What would we gain from the lawsuit anyway? It was a free gift with purchase of the CD. I got the CD and as a bonus, I got the poster and an "autographed" booklet.

I am bummed, but a CAL, imho, wouldn't do crap. Besides... their lawyers have more money than we do.

Of course I stopped and thought of that. If you read my first post I clearly stated that I have over 2 dozen signatures from various members of the band in various situations. Be it sober or drunk, pre or post show, nighttime or daytime, the autographs I received IN PERSON all look similar. Fact is the signatures on this Sony shipped SFBM cover look NOTHING like the 27 autographs I have from the band.
