another Texas fan checking in - was at the Dallas show last night too. Not so lucky to make it front and center like I like it, but a few heads back left of center was good enough for me. It was one of the most amazing shows ever! Makes me wish I could road trip it down to Austin tonight to do it all over again. I've been looking at some of the recent setlists and reading some reviews... seems we're all getting some goodness on this tour - I can't believe we heard Mirror Song AND Iris - my two favorite songs and I was just beside myself - FABULOUS! Here's what we heard (order is way off and I may have missed a couple - not sure)

another Texas fan checking in - was at the Dallas show last night too. Not so lucky to make it front and center like I like it, but a few heads back left of center was good enough for me. It was one of the most amazing shows ever! Makes me wish I could road trip it down to Austin tonight to do it all over again. I too was at the Dallas show and must say - OH MY GOD!!! What an incredible show!! I was shocked to see them do the encore after only playing for an hour, but then they came back with 7 songs and a second encore. Very pleased after that. I had been waiting 6 years to see them since they came with Counting Crows to Smirnoff in 2000. This show was well worth the wait. It was hands down the best concert I have ever been to by any band, and I've seen some good ones (Dave Matthews Band, Pearl Jam, Bush). I was so pumped after this show that I was ready to drive down to Austin the next day for that show, but couldn't.

These guys put on the best concerts. If you have a chance, definitely go see them. My only complaint is that they don't come to Dallas very often.

Not that it matters but how many people were at the shows in Dallas and Austin? I'm just curious.
