So some dude on Rock Star Supernova sings "The Dolphin's Cry" on the show (twice), and now the album cut off TDTH cracks the top 100 on the iTunes Alternative chart (currently at #85, though I imagine it was much higher right after the show aired). It is currently the highest ranking LIVE song on iTunes.

People should sing LIVE songs on tv more often.

I could be wrong, but I don't think the label is supporting them anymore. I think it was a 1 album type contract. shrug.gif

Epic really stopped actively promoting Live in the US early April. Once they moved the album to June and Live finished their already scheduled tour and promo appearances in May, their partnership was officially over. So they dumped Live before the album was released, I wonder why they even bothered to sign them in the first place?

OOOoo.. them sonsabitches!!!

I've heard that they're already in the works of gathering material for the next album. If so, who are they going with as far as label?

If they do it independently.. that's fine. I think signing with Epic caused the overly-pop-inspired SFBM. Don't get me wrong, love the album as always, its just a bit too bubble gum if you know what I mean. Maybe they can get back to the guitar laden tracks of yore.

And if they sign with someone else, can they atleast do their job and promote a little?! Sheesh!! I mean come on.. why even bother?
