I was just thinking everyone on the site has their own opinion about Lives past and present albums, and i was just wondering which albums would you personally rate as from the best till least (1-7) since they've produced. Heres mine:

I am surprised how many people dislike Mental Jewelry, I think it had some of the best lyrics of ANY Live album and some of the best hooks, some great playing from all. Classics like "Operation Spirit", "Pain Lies...", "Brothers Unaware", "Mirror Song", "10,000 Years (Peace is Now)" "Beauty of Gray"...hell, I LOVE every song!!!!

I honestly can't phathom how ANYBODY could put V, Birds of Pray or SFBM in front of Mental Jewelry. I know opinions differ and all that, but that's just plain retarded and inexcuseable.

There isn't one single song on any of those three albums that even come close to comparing with several songs from MJ. Like Operation Spirit, PLOTR, Mirror Song, Beauty of gray. MEIAVC and Peace is Now(10,000 years). Not one except maybe Like I do from BOP.

I mean, just show me one song that is anywhere near as well written and meaningful? And even the music? Show me a song that sounds as good cranked and has the wicked beats of PLOTR. Or a song that has the strength, emotion and sound of MEIAVC? Overcome? Not even fucking close.

I swear I read threads like this and it's the epitomy of the utter retardation of today's average music fan who just listens to bullshit. I thought Live fans were different but it's obvious most of you are as retarded as the idiot Britney Spears and Christina Pigulera fans running around. Jesus Harold fucking Christ!!!

What if there are songs on "V", "Birds of Pray" or "Songs from Black Mountain" which have emotional value to people because of what they have been through?
Ther are people here (for example me) who feel supported by songs like "Simple creed", "Overcome", "Runaway" and "Wings".
Why don't you consider that?
