Never heard of the band?! They were huge 10-15 years ago. Their bigger hits were Hey Jealousy, Allison Road, Until I Fall Away, As Long as It Matters, and the #1 singles Found Out About You, Follow You Down and Til I Hear It from You, though they released a few others, too. I'd be surprised if you weren't familiar with any of these, especially if you live in the US.

I've had the album for a few weeks now because the label's website they created for the album (www.thegins.com) has the entire thing streaming...192 kbps MP3's that I downloaded and put on my iPod. It's a great CD. I have the entire thing streaming on my MySpace (care of TheGins.com), along with three outtakes--Collider, To Hell and Back, and Stop.

I saw them play in Pittsburgh a few weeks back. They put on a really fun show and love to interact with the crowd, so I'd suggest going to see them if they're in the area.

They're in my top four favorite bands right behind LIVE, Collective Soul and Better Than Ezra.
