Well last night, FM97 here in Lancaster did a promotion and had Shinedown play 5 songs at the Chameleon acoustically for V.I.P's only which my girlfriend counted like 37 people there so it was a nice small crowd. I got in at the last minute. My mother works for the hotel that they stayed at last night and actually met their manager. She told him how much of a fan I was and there I was, going to the show. Only Brent and Jasin played which was totally cool. They started with "Shed Some Light" then the other four were Burning Bright, Save Me, 45, and I Dare You. They talked for a lil while between songs and interacted with the crowd which was nice. The songs sounded awesome and of course Brent is the man....he makes me jealous I only wish I could sing as good as him. After the show was over they came back out and signed pictures and took pictures with everyone...it sucked I forgot my camera in the rush to get there URG. I wish I had some pics to show. Anyway I just figured I had to rub it in to all the Shinedown fans on the board tongue.gif

Ugh!!!!!!!! There is NOTHING in the this world that annoys me more than people that will not shut up at shows! I went to a show last night and it seemed like most of the people went to socialize instead of listen to the music. Stay the fuck home and let us enjoy the show!!!!!

I had heard that story about 45 before. Music really did save Brent's life, I guess that's why he is so passionate about it and so eager to share his own music with other people that might be affected in the same way.

Mollie, no tummy rubbing is only for Hugo and Joel. But I did get a really nice handshake and I should show you my picture with him, it's one of my favorites ever. He is a soft spoken Southern gentleman. You would never expect that from what he is like on stage.
