I saw it .. I actually really enjoyed the first one .. it was just a fun movie, nothing fancy .. it mixed in some good comedy moments with some cool cheap action .. Johnny Depp did a real memorable character role. So I was looking forward to this one .. whilst not as good at the first, I did really dig the ending which I won't spoil.

I agree, I really dug the ending. I thought the movie was better than the first Pirates, but a little slow in the middle. It should have been 2 hours long, not 2.5. Good movie though!
