In previous presidential elections Ed Kowalczyk has supported Barack Obama and Joe Biden by performing at Democratic Party public events. Do you think the this will continue in 2024 for Kamala Harris?

Chad Gracey's political stance is on the opposite side. Do you think this is counting against Chad being invited back into Live?

Do you think it's a good idea that Ed/Live support any particular candidate? Can it do more harm than good?

Maybe, maybe not. Aside from those who vote Dem no matter what, celebrities trying to make sure their bread is buttered, and the Democratic party that all of the sudden went from thinking she was a waste of space to trying to exhalt her as the second coming I don't know of too many sane people who are voicing support for her. She won zero delegates to her side when she was running for president in 2020 and she's done jack shit to help the US improve in the last four years, especially on the border issue, so...

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't think his stance is on the "other side" so much as he's just standing for common sense. Either way I think his invitation back into Live or lack thereof has more to do with lawsuits and whatever drama still exists between the original members over band shit than it does his political beliefs/stance. I can't imagine he just all of the sudden started holding "different" opinions or beliefs from when they were all still a band and Ed has always seemed to be more of an open mind kind of guy anyway, aside from being "prevented" from making music. But who knows? Maybe Ed's different now. Maybe they're all different now.

Live aren't exactly a bastion of cultural relevance these days so I don't know that it would make a difference either way. But I do think it'd be a good idea if people stopped looking to celebrities/actors/musicians for guidance on how to live and vote and started thinking for themselves, looking inbetween the bullshit that the MSM shovels down everyone's thoats.

His Twitter feed is a relentless stream of MAGA cheerleading. How is that not the "other side" in this context?

What you call "MAGA cheerleading" is just showing you what you're not going to get in a typical whitewashed CNN/MSNBC newscast.

No one's saying you have to agree with or even like what he's posting, but there is a lot of info you're not getting from the usual suspects. And to just dismiss it because it doesn't come from the usual suspects is to stick your head in the sand.

And fwiw, it's not just the "MAGA" people that are talking about it. You'll get it from RFK's camp too. There is something seriously rotten with the far left. I mean, when Jon Stewart and Bill Maher start to seem like they're moderate, middle, or even slightly right then something ain't right somewhere.

Also fwiw, believe it or not, not everything you hear about Trump from the CNN's of the world is actually true. He's not fucking Hitler and he's sure as shit not the devil. He's just a blowhard politician like most other blowhard politicians you've ever heard. But at least we didn't have any wars/looming wars under him and our economy was actually doing ok under him until the *cough*plandemic*cough* reared its ugly head.

If you can't stand the idea of voting for Trump there is always RFK. But either Trump or RFK would be miles better than what's left after. That's just my opinion, for whatever you think it's worth.

Pretty sure you're aware that voting for RFK if don't like Trump is basically a vote for Trump. RFK does not have a chance to win, it is a wasted vote. If you don't want to vote for Trump, Harris is the only option.

Harris wasn't even an option for the Dems until Biden's decline forced their hand. She isn't their choice, she's their adopted necessity. They could have made RFK their candidate, but they're fucking morons who bow to the special interests that are running their party.

But everyone else has a choice, regardless of whether it's RFK or Trump. Either of those two would be better for this country's future than Harris, imo. I just can't imagine looking at the last four years and coming away with any other conclusion.

The guy is talking with Roseanne about leaving a dead bear cub in Central Park. He has zero chance if winning.
