Yesterday, I did a quick search of Spotify for "Throwing Copper" and came across a few podcasts where Throwing Copper was the topic of discussion. These podcasts run for 60+ minutes each. So far I've listened to 2 of them to completion and have just started the third.

The general gist of these podcasts is to review and discuss Live and Throwing Copper. They give the album a hard time but deep down they love it (or loved it).

First one is called "Shit songs off great albums" by The Golden Ducks. This is a recent podcast (from April 2019). It features an Aussie and a guy from the UK.

The second podcast is called "Albums are Dead". It's run by a couple of Canadians. They basically give a run down on the early history of Live and then discuss each track off the album by hitting up SongMeanings.com (and other lyric sites) and reading people's reviews. beau99 (a member of this site) gets one of his explanations read out.

The third postcast is called "The Throwback Podcast" and it run by a couple of high school friends in their late 30s. I've only just started this one so there's not much I can say about it.

A couple of YouTube videos about Throwing Copper

The Huge Impact of The 1994 Album By The Band Live

In today's video, we're gonna discuss the band Live. They came out in the mid-1980s, and they jumped into a rock scene in the early 90s, which pretty much consisted of grunge bands that were taking over the world. So, the style of music that the band Live was playing didn't exactly fit that montra, but it didn't matter because what they did do In 1994 was completely come out with one of the greatest albums of 90s and they absolutely did their way in their style.
