I am reaching out here because what i am finding out there is either conflicting or not the full story. I did not know about the latest breakup until i listened to the concert from Fort Lauderdale here. I am deeply saddened by this news to say the least. I was upset and shocked the first time as we all were but was ecstatic to hear they got back together in 2016. Now it has happened again? Most likely permanent?? Ed has been a strong role model of mine since the 90’s and to read in Rolling Stone, how they put him in such a bad light firing everyone and continuing on. I am trying desperately not to think badly of anyone and i am surely not picking sides here but i am looking for the truth here. It it truely a firing vindictive thing, a mutual breakup? Does anyone have any insight to share (keeping it politically neutral of course)?

I think Ed doesn’t care anymore. He’s just really happy to play songs he wrote or partly wrote. Today he answered a question on social media ‘where’s the original band? 😢’ with ‘how should I know?’
Guess he’s done with the fighting and drama.
