It appears that Chad Taylor wants to invoke the powers of prayer on a cheap media post. It’s a two-fer! Feigning sincerity AND that he cares for anything else other than himself. Maybe he should consider praying for himself. Where to start?

Here’s a quick-start list of suggestions for our favorite two billion dollar top-line revenue earner:

1. Pray that the courts and all those suing you consider leniency & mercy.

2. Pray his fans forgive him for deliberately misleading them and sabotaging the band

3. Pray that his family forgives him for always putting them last.

4. Pray that those he has hurt will realize that it was never anything personal - destruction has
always been his M.O.

Unfortunately, he could pray for the rest of his life and it will likely never fill the black hole in his soul.

Taylor conveniently positions himself as a champion for women and those who were at economic disadvantage. This is virtue-signaling at its finest. His only motivations for doing so comes from his abuse of these groups in one way or another. But, in the spirit of equal and inclusive representation- let’s revisit a few of the vulnerable, heartfelt sentiments expressed to a few of the people on Taylor’s “shout out” list.

1. The only reason Chris Shinn’s name was included in his post is because Taylor cannot stand when someone other than him holds the spotlight. Shinn holding an audience with Rolling Stone via a lengthy Q&A undoubtedly burned Taylor up. The only way to steal the thunder was to lay himself on the line as a martyr, confess his sins (but not really confess to anything) and plead for forgiveness. Get some new material “brother”, everyone is tired.

2. Speaking of “brother”… as he endearingly refers to Chad Gracey in his post… We are all dying to know what kind of love “I had an affair with your wife” is… we hold space for this explanation, please enlighten us, we will cherish it always!

3. Lastly, Patrick. Is he a loyal soldier or is he a lazy coward? If you were among an elite group of the most talented bassists alive and you were also on the verge of losing your home, what would you do? Well, if you were Patrick, you would settle for the path of least resistance and least effort and voluntarily choose working under the table at your friend’s car wash rather than using your world-renowned talents to provide for your family. What's he "got" on Patrick, that he is in fear a frivolous lawsuit or retaliation? Taylor punched his wife, he knows it, she knows it and many witnesses that cant be intimidated know it. What kind of husband would lie for his wife's abuser? Taylor certainly trained him to be the good dog he is. Sad.

As previously mentioned, Taylor is an expert at garnering favor through emotional means even though he doesn’t actually “feel” anything. In reality, he’s no better than the “oppressors” and the “bullies” he has spoken so passionately about. Taylor is both of those and more. He shows no qualms about exploiting a system ultimately designed expressly for his abuse as an entitled white man who thinks his rocket to stardom also came with a free ride for life, at the expense of everyone around him.

Taylor was never checked for his egregious actions because his lies didn’t affect him in the slightest, at the time. He was, after all, entitled to these things! He is a very important person! His misleading of one financial institution after another were given the green-light in his mind as a natural part of his process. Lie, conceal, mislead, steal. On repeat.

As the days are growing shorter, the list of creditors coming for Taylor’s empty bank accounts grows longer.
