Lightning Crashes remix with Avira, Releases June 17, 2022 Options

Ed Kowalczyk worked with Avira on a new version of Lightning Crashes. The song is being released by Armada Music, and will be out on Friday June 17th.

Ed and Chad G have already taken to IG to talk up this new version.

Seems like every sentence out of Bill contradicts the previous one. But ultimately you can tell he’s trying to say Ed good, Chad bad.

Ed is coming across as a heel in the comments for this IG post, talking about how all musicians these days have their head up their ass, and telling off that one fan who tried to say Live fans enjoy the band as a whole. Next, Ed then goes ahead and agrees with Mr Harassment and Fraud himself - Bill Hynes, about being Michael Jordan and how the others have an overblown sense of self worth. This shit is almost comical. During the first breakup like 12 years ago, the Chad supporters would ******relentlessly****** accuse Ed of allowing his ego to break up the band. However, there was really not a single sign of Ed having a big ego - it was a completely one sided and absurd smear campaign. Fast forward up to today - the same Chad lovers have now switched back to loving Ed - and even denouncing Chad, all while Ed’s ego is for once appearing to be overblown.

Behind the scenes it makes you wonder how each band member feels about the others and what has happened over covid. Obviously we know Bill and Chad had legal problems. What else happened? Or could the whole reconciliation leading to the reunion have been totally fake? Or does it go even deeper, do they manufacture drama just to grab attention to their new venture and give them an excuse to do side projects? TFG album 2 on the way? Haha


Ed might be Michael Jordan but that makes Chad into Pippen.. CCP proved they still put out good instrumental rock music with TGF and The Turn.

Good luck trying to rock any harder than adult contemporary with Loy as the VH1 readymade guitarist.
