Although I am an Atheist, I am pleased to see Ed is an actual Christ Christian, and not a Republican "Christian". You can't follow Jesus and be right wing, never the twain shall meet.

That doesn't really track, considering it was his going happy clappy that wrecked the band's music and popularity in the first place. They sold far more records when he was pretending to be a mystic.

how many times do we have to do this song and dance? obviously Ed couldn't keep rocking like he did in the 90's. That's why he went happy clappy.

But that's entirely beside the point. He wasn't claiming to be a Christian when he was in Live ever. Christianity was only part of his solo work, when he pretended to be Christian in order to cross over into another market.
