Kevin Martin and Donald Trump Options

Those who follow Kevin Martin on Twitter won't be surprised to learn that he is not a fan of Donald Trump. Kevin often retweets comments from other users that are negative towards Trump, 'likes' such Tweets and even posts a few of his own.

However today Kevin Tweeted the following

Hey #Pennsylvanians that r @candlebox fans, if u were @ that #TrumpRallyHershey tonight do me a favor & throw away all ur @candlebox cds, tshirts, hats etc or anything that has 2 do with supporting r band, we don’t want u as fans, fucking disgraceful and appalling.

I assume this also applies to The Gracious Few fans.

What do you think of this?
Is it right to ostracize your fanbase based on their political beliefs?

Wouldn't be surprised, tbh. For one thing it would go some way to explaining their close relationship with Grandmaster Thrill. And also, for what it's worth (and it might not be much), Gracey writes like a Trumper.

As for Kevin, well... it's certainly a bold move.

Kevin Martin has always been poor with marketing - from a business perspective, getting political toward specific candidates doesn't help.

As for his post, it's just not true. I watched the clip - the moderator asked trump an extremely long-winded question about denouncing white supremacy and the actions of right wing militants and trump said, "Sure" then transitioned to say this was really a left wing problem with antifa.

Now I don't like trump and I don't think he is right, but go watch the clip yourself - he DOES denounce white supremacy. When asked if he denounced them, he said "sure." Kevin is spreading disinformation here.
