i would really love to have the audio of this show! but since its one big file that wont fit on a cd and im not sure how to brake it down to fit I would love a suggestion on how to make this happen...been looking for this show forever!

http://www.milosoftware.com/en/index.php?body=download.php

CDWave will open the FLAC file, allow you the split it up into tracks and export to WAV. Then you can burn these WAV files to CD.
