Well I guess I’ll give my thoughts on this show. Olp was really good, I’ve seen them headline so I knew they put on a good show already. Good, solid performance.

Bush, now I used to like them back in the day along with most everyone but haven’t followed them in years and have never seen them live. I was very impressed. It was a great sounding, high energy show. Gavin has a ton of charisma. I absolutely loved their set and am actually glad that they toured with Live because I never would have seen them otherwise.

Live, Daoc was missing as was Iris, two of my favorites, so that sucked. I was thinking since this was their one show closest to home that we might at least get those songs but, no. I hated Losing My Religion. Just thought there was something very off about it. I loved the addition of Zak on Shit Towne, that sounded bad ass! They sounded good, Ed’s voice was better than I had expected with all of the shows they’ve been doing. He couldn’t hit every high note but I prefer his lower singing voice anyway. Ed did get away from his standard in between songs banter and talked about York and Baltimore a lot so that was a nice change. I hated my overpriced seats that prevented me from rocking out like I wanted to for fear of being glared at by boring people. So, in conclusion I’m done with these overpriced, coheadlining shows. I have a headlining club show coming that I am very much looking forward to but I’m not holding my breath for anything special. Sadly, I think my days of seeing every Live show within a reasonable distance are over.
