Did anyone manage to record the new song that was streamed live on Facebook this evening?

Unless they slowed down the song; added a little more to it; or rewrote some of it etc., I would say that the only one that is close in time is Waterfall. 10,000 cups is somewhere around 3:45 (ish) on the only version we've seen, which puts it closer to Waterfall's time, but still about 20 seconds off I think. (Of note is that 10k cups is about 125 BPM)

The lyrics are rather hard to understand so it's hard to say where a 'Waterfall' reference would come from, unless it's the 10,000 cups of dirty water all overflowing lol.

I don't think it would be 'Brother' unless they significantly changed the song, especially given the timing of the song.

Anyway, just an observation.

There's some hints that next year's full-length will be pretty bluesy (e.g. the producer, the Jimmy Reed cover). I'm just curious where this fits between OutToDry's comment and other people mentioning this song being somewhere between blues and reggae.

Even the big Rolling Stone magazine described something as Love Lounge as 'bluesy'. So if the new album will be bluesy in that kind of way, I'm not really conviced. The cover in concert sounded bluesy tho.
