First ECCP single in 10 years is called 'Love Lounge', To be released in June Options

Most likely the first single since 'Forever' will be released next month
'Love Lounge'. I haven't decided yet if this is a really dumb or really cool title.
Anyway, let the speculation begin!!!!

Live w/ Ed has not put out one good song in 2 decades so I'd say you're dreaming. Hopefully, I'm wrong and they return to the good old days and figured out how to write together again.

If you like BOP, SFBM and Ed's solo work I'm guessing you will have a good Friday morning. I have a feeling that Friday will finally be the end of Live for me.

Regardless, enjoy the ride and I do think it's cool that they have reunited and are creating with one another again.

TDTH was less that 2 decades ago, but point taken.

I agree - She, Like I Do, Lighthouse and Rivertown were quality songs. I’d be happy with that and thrilled if anything more superior came out.

Its entirely possible that it won't sound like anything they've done. Maybe it'll be an instrumental, lol.

Unfairly I'm already thinking that song will be Ed centric due to the cheesy title, artwork and video stills.

My guess...

Music will "sound" great to those who like the Gracious Few's music style and The Turn's riffs.

As for the vocals... only time will tell. Ed's vocals sounded good to me on his last solo album (especially The Watchman's Lament) and I still think he can channel that inner "ed" ('aka Zed'), from ~90-95.

Overall Prediction: Song will sound like a mix between The Gracious Few and Flood and the Mercy.

I just hope it comes off as genuine and not something that is over produced and unmemorable.
